All Rental Units are individually and privately owned.  Chateau La Mer II Condominium Association is the agent for the individual unit owners.

Check-Out Time:  By 10 AM Central

If you would like to stay additional days or need a later check-out time please consult with the office staff.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

We ask that our guests as well as owners comply with all rules and regulations. Occupancy ratings are determined by Florida State Fire Codes and the Florida Department of Business Regulation, Hotels and Restaurants.  Violators are subject to eviction. 

Maximum Guests per Unit:

1 Bedroom - 4 Guests

2 Bedroom - 6 Guests

Cancellations:

We require a credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discovery) to make a reservation.  You will be charged $300 which will be applied to your rental fee.  We will charge a $50 processing fee if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date (your credit card which had a $300 prepayment charged when your reservation was made will be credited $250).  If you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will lose the $300 deposit.  If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full rental fee.

 No refunds will be given for bad weather.

Credit cards are not accepted for payment of monthly rent, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for daily or weekly rentals and for the prepayment of daily or weekly rentals.

We are sorry, we cannot rent to vacationing students or young adults under 25 who are unaccompanied by parents.  Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to forfeiture of deposit and denial of entry.

Please present rental balance upon arrival.  The exact amount is appreciated.  If you are a late arrival, payment must be made the following business day by 10 AM.

Picnic tables and grills are located near the pool area for your enjoyment.  Grilling is not permitted on patios or balconies.

There is a $5.00 lost key charge and a $10.00 "lock-out" charge if management is called to open a unit.

Sorry - NO PETS are allowed in the rental units or within the Association Complex.

When using the swimming pool, please observe the posted rules.  Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.  "Little Swimmers" diapers required.

If you arrive when the office is closed:

You will find our office in the center of the complex next to the swimming pool.  To the right of the front door you will find a box marked "Check In" with a combination lock attached (call the office for the combination number).  Inside you will find your Welcome Packet marked with your name and unit number (keys are inside).  Please check in with the office the following business day no later than 10 AM to finalize your reservation and make final payment.

Normal Check In Time is 3 PM Central.

During the peak Summer Season, occasionally a unit may not be ready precisely at check in time.  We ask that you bear with us for just a short additional time.  If you arrive after office hours and your packet is not in the "Check In" box, it means the unit is not quite ready.  In this case, the packet will be placed in the box as soon as the unit is completed and inspected.  Please do not rush the Cleaners, as you unit may not receive the attention it needs.
