One Bedroom for one month with tax and departure clean $1188.00
One Bedroom per month for 3 months with tax: $950.00
Two Bedroom for one month with tax and departure clean $1403.00
Two Bedroom per month for 3 months with tax: $1199.00
Two month and three month rates do not pay departure cleaning.
