Richard is very helpful. We have never had a problem getting someones attention if there is an issue.

We stay here for three months and enjoy getting away from Wisconsin winters. The only thing missing for us is an outdoor hot tub. That would make this place move up a notch.

The coordinator is really nice person I take vacations since 2016 -2022 every time is on chateau lamer 2 if I recommend absolutely yes.

Everything is fine on the condos the ac work really good I love the pool is kind small but is really good and relax next year I definitely want Staying here.

Richard was very helpful at check-in. Made sure our space was in good condition & gave good recommendations for the area.

This was a last-minute trip for us & we absolutely loved it! While the decor was somewhat dated, everything was spacious, clean & in great condition. Love that there is a tennis court available! Never used the pool, so can't comment on that. Thanks for a great stay!

Great experience

Very nice place and close to beach access

The only reason we had an interaction was because when we arrived to check in around 6:30pm, our keys were not in the box. We had to call the number for someone to come meet us to figure out what happened. He was very nice and got us in our condo quickly.

We have stayed at Chateau La Mer II several times over the years. I love the location and convenience of being close to the beach. The condo always has everything we need.

We called once because the Central air unit was leaking some water. The office was very friendly and easy to work with. It was fixed first thing in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay and the unit was comfortable, updated, and cozy. Would definitely book again.
