Sea Renity #602

The property was very well maintained. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool was clean. Our visit was enjoyable. We had no issues during our stay. Richard was always a viable for any questions. The check in and out process was easy.

Our HVAC unit was making a very loud rattle when it was running. My husband contacted the office, and it was observed and said someone would be called to check it. We never saw anyone come to check it, and the noise was still present when we left (we were there for 1 week). This is the first time we've had any issue in the years we've been coming. Other than that, it was great as always. The property is always very clean. There were a couple of nights where young people were in the pool way past the 10pm closure, playing loud music and yelling until well after midnight. This isn't anything of fault with the HOA though, just inconsiderate kids. We love staying at Chateau La Mer II and the convenience of the beach location.

The only reason we had an interaction was because when we arrived to check in around 6:30pm, our keys were not in the box. We had to call the number for someone to come meet us to figure out what happened. He was very nice and got us in our condo quickly.

We have stayed at Chateau La Mer II several times over the years. I love the location and convenience of being close to the beach. The condo always has everything we need.

We arrived 2 hours before check in, but were still able to get in our condo. Richard recommended we eat at Captain Dave's (across the street) which ended up being our favorite restaurant/meal!

I would highly recommend staying here! We loved the pool, beach, and overall location in Destin!

Our stay was very good.

I didn't really have any experience with team members. I booked online. However, my husband did call and speak with someone when we realized we could have gotten discount for being repeat customers. The person he spoke with in the office was very nice and helped us with that.

We have stayed in condo #602 all 3 times we have come to Destin (2013, 2014, 2017). The location of the condo is great being that the pool is right outside the patio door. Our 9 year old daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic, so the convenience of being that close in the event we need to run to the condo for something is what we love. The condo is always super clean and equipped with everything we need. The grounds and pool are immaculate at all times. We were also glad to see the addition of washer/dryer combos to each condo as well. That came in handy this trip. We love staying at Chateau La Mer II, and we look forward to many more summers there.

We loved this place! We will definitely be back. The fully stocked kitchen and well kept condo made us feel right at home and really helped with packing and transporting everything. The 3 minute walk to the beach was just right and the pool and other amenities kept our family of 5 busy and entertained the whole time. The property was well maintained and we really felt like it was our home away from home. Thank you Chateau La Mer II for a great vacation!!
