Very nice two-bedroom, two full bath condo on the second floor.. New kitchen appliances with granite countertops. Three flat-screen TVs. Screened in patio. King bedding in the master bedroom and double bedding (2) in the guest bedroom. No sofa sleeper. Vaulted ceilings in-unit Wi-Fi and washer dryer. internet. Owner provided washer/dryer. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels

Richard is the best! I have stayed at Chateau La Mer 2 since I was roughly 1, Im almost 31 now, and I believe Richard is the best property manager theyve ever had.

I adore Chateau 2 and recommended it to everyone! Its a short walk to the beach. The condos are all very well kept. The pool are is always clean as is the rest of the common area properties. I highly recommend Chateau 2!

The employees at CLM 2 are very kind and want their guests to be comfortable and pleased with their stay.

This was our 15th year to come to CLM 2. We always have a great time. The complex is very family friendly. It was hard not having Captain Dave's parking lot to use this time. It would be helpful to have a ramp at the beach instead of stairs. A rinsing station at the top of the stairs would be awesome too! Other than that, we love CLM2 and will be back again next year!

Just wish there were beach chairs and perhaps some pool floats to borrow , sign out and use We have to buy this stuff every year and leave behind as can't fly with it and car space limited. -
