Loved the condo. Only thing we didn't like is the master bedroom the box spring needs to be replaced, it's very squeaky.

Richard was our host! Friendly !

Our host had absolutely everything you could ever need for your stay. This was a birthday girls trip and our host Richard was friendly and gave us all the info we needed for easy no face check-in! The beach was probably a 4-5 minute walk so super convenient! The updated furniture floors and bedding really made this place perfect! From the outside it doesn't look updated but when you get inside it shocks you! SUPER CLEAN

We had a problem with ants on the 2nd day and it was resolved next day. Other than that we had no need to contact the team.

We will probably be back, but in a second floor unit. Might even consider the property for a long term stay once we are retired. The biggest grief we had in our stay was with unsocial and disrepectful guests above us and you cannot blame CLM for that. When getting out of the property to old HW98, the wall with the condo sign blocks the sight on oncoming walkers or bikers on the boardwalk. That is a serious safety hazard. laid back and quiet, mostly elderly and very friendly tenants and owners. except for the 3rd week where we had exceptionally noisy family with 3 kids in the unit above us, non stop running and jumping from 6.30 am until bed time. To boot, on the day the left they started packing at 4 am and were opening cabinets and drawers until they finally left at 5.30

Family oriented property, Quiet and peacefull

The front office staff is always so nice and helpful with anything we need. And all the communications we get via email are always helpful, efficient, and let us know everything g we need to know.

We love Chateau La Mer II and have been staying here on our annual beach trip for the 5 years and will keep coming back!!

We stayed in #901. It was very nice and up to date. The kitchen was well stocked.

Richard was awesome very friendly and helped us with any questions or issues with the internet that we had. Very great experience!

Everything was super clean and the property was beautiful and kept up very well. Flowers everywhere was beautiful. Will stay here on our next trip to Destin, we loved it!!
