We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Emerald Coast Private Beach. #502 is a Newly Added Rental Property here at Chateau La Mer II. Unit 502 is on the 1st Floor Close to the pool.

After a fun day of exploring, you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants or enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the Destin Area. There is something for every member of the family no matter what age.

This unit is fully stocked with pots & pans, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals. Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach. Large master bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with plenty of closet space and a private Bathroom. Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Size Beds. Also included is a queen size sofa bed.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
