Description
Chateau La Mer II Condo 703 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath on the second floor. Warm wood floors, large flat screen tv, open kitchen with granite counters.
The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan will give you a spacious comfortable feeling. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware to whip up everything for a quick meal.
King bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper. Sunroom is perfect for reading. Owner provided washer/dryer and Wi-Fi Internet. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Richard was personally attentive to all needs. He followed up on all repairs to see they were done properly and in a timely manner. The maintenance man worked diligently on our plumbing issue and clothes dryer repair making the repair quick and tolerable for us.
Bottom line, we are coming back we loved staying at CLM2

All I am looking for is a quite place to relax, where I don't have to make plans or work around someone else's schedule. This is the perfect place. Just a quick walk to the beautiful beach, and the pool is clean and well taken care of. If there are any other things needed almost everything is a quick walk or short drive. Could want for more.
