Richard and the staff are very attentive and are quick to solve any issue.

Love the property and have stayed in several different units. A kurig coffee maker should be standard in all the units We will be back soon and looking at snowboarding next winter!!

The office staff was very helpful with booking our unit. We have stayed there for several years and really appreciate the office staff. Richard does a great job!

We have always had a great time at the property. We continue to book with CLM2 based on the location and the office staff. I have referred many people to CLM2 over the years.

Everyone was wonderful. If or when I had any questions, the response time was quick.

We had a Wonderful time on vacation. Unit was clean,had everything needed. The playground for the younger kids, the pool, the grill area and the short walk to the beach and near by restaurants were definitely a plus.

The lady in the office was very nice when I talked to her.

I appreciated a call we received about the cable TV in the bedroom was not working. But we never really watch much TV while in Destin, so that was not an issue. We never even had them on.

Everything met our expectations. Only issue we had was the dryer did not work; I washed a load of clothes and had to take to community dryer to dry. Seemed like the kitchen utensils inventory was good, we just didn't use them. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Have stayed here with my family 6 times and plan to come back next year!
