Get Ready to enjoy your Destin vacation at Chateau Le Mer II Sea Breeze #503. This two bedroom two bath condo is just a short 6-minute walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico:
- Vaulted ceilings for spacious comfortable feeling for all your family & friends
- Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals
- The living room has plenty of comfortable seating
- Large master suite with king-size bed & plenty of closet space & master bathroom
- Guest room equipped with two queen size beds
- New hide a bed couch in the living room for extra sleeping room
- Condo sleeps 6 comfortably
- New smart 55” TV with DVR
- In-Unit WiFi Internet
- In-Unit Washer & Dryer
- Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels
- Beach items for renter use: wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella
- New comfortable chairs and table on the front balcony
- Great two-bedroom on the second floor
- Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella, our beach service is March 1st through October 31st.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

The only thing missing for us is an outdoor hot tub. That would make this place move up a notch.

The Destin/Miramar Beach area is very nice. With all the restaurants , golf and shopping available, it's hard to find anything that you are lacking.
