Description
Very nice two bedroom, two full bath condo on ground floor. Premium appliances - new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. New King bed in Master Bedroom - Two new Queens in Guest Bedroom and a new Queen Sofa Sleeper. Fully stocked kitchen provides all the cookware, appliances and gadgets you would need to prepare meals for family or guests. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. Owner provided in unit internet and washer/dryer. Playground and grill area just a few steps away.
Snowbird Season runs November thru February.

I have nothing negative to say about the property itself. It was nice, clean, and spacious with a short walk to the beach. However the tenants above us were very noisy and kept us up until midnight all 3 nights of our stay. Considering I had children and a 60 year old with me I was not happy

We took our 4 grandkids and the walk to the beach and back every day was not so easy. I would suggest a golfcart to transport clients to the beach.

Manager was very nice, He was walking the grounds and pool area and asked if we needed anything. He brought coupons and helpful magazines about the area and Restaurants.
I had an issue with the sliding door lock and Maintenance came right over (within 30 Min) and fixed the lock. Gentlemen was very nice
