We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Private Beach along the Emerald Coast.
After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or you can enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic area with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all! Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple Outlet Shopping Malls are minutes away. There is something for every member of the family, no matter what age
Unit #601 is a Beautiful and Bright 1 bed-1 bath condo on the ground floor.Private Patio overlooks the pool. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Fully stocked kitchen provides all the cookware and appliances you would need to prepare meals for family or guests. New 65 " Smart TV in Den and a 55" Smart TV in bedroom. New comfy sofabed in Den. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. Owner provided in unit internet and washer/dryer. Pool, Playground and grill area just a few steps away.
This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
Snowbird Season runs November thru February.

I found that it looked like the floor needed to be mopped when we arrived. Also the hall closet doors kept coming off the track.

The check in was smooth, the staff very helpful and friendly. Ice was available and they had a pump to inflate the children's water toys.

We really enjoyed our stay. the beach was perfect and just a short walk from the condo. The unit very comfortable and up to date. We like that it was just across from the pool. We could sit on the patio and watch the children while they swam. We were able to stay connected with work by the wifi in the unit. The full size washer and dryer off the patio was great for laundry and drying wet bathing suits and towels. We will be back to this unit again.
