We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Private Beach along the Emerald Coast.

Or you can enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic area with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all! Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple Outlet Shopping Malls are minutes away. There is something for every member of the family, no matter what age
Unit #1202 is a very nice two bedroom, two full bath condo on ground floor. Premium appliances - new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. New King bed in Master Bedroom - Two new Queens in Guest Bedroom and a new Queen Sofa Sleeper. Fully stocked kitchen provides all the cookware, appliances and gadgets you would need to prepare meals for family or guests. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
