Met Scott and he was so kind. He also did a wonderful job adding some planted trees in the pool area. You could tell he works really hard!

This is our 4th time coming to Chateau La Mer II. We have always had great units and this one may have been the best yet. We will come again.

Richard Valerie Rose and Scott were great folks to work with the entire 3 months. Any issues were handled.

This is our is our 8th winter there and we are coming back in 2027. That should be a great testament.

Richard was extremely helpful in resolving some issues we encountered during our stay. Richard is extremely friendly, helpful and has a wonderful attitude about life and his work. Scott was extremely helpful in the few very minor issues I had during my stay. Rose and Valerie helped resolve issues quickly. Everyone works excellent as a team! I don't think you could put together a more wonderful team.

I will be returning next year because I continue to have such an amazing experience with the property and your amazing staff.

Comfortable, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff.

Having On-Site Management is an essential reason we return to CLM II. Richard, Valerie, Rose and Scott are pleasant, courteous and efficient. Should any problems arise, this team is right there to deal with them promptly and appropriately with minimal inconvenience.

We look forward to another season in this unit and are pleased to know that a few kitchen updates are in the works. We also enjoy reuniting with the other winter regulars to catch up on all that has happened.

I always enjoy CLM2 and have been coming here for several years..The staff is always friendly and helpful and I hope to keep coming for many more years.

Nice apartment and I appreciate being on the bottom floor.The pool area is so clean and well maintained. The club house is a nice place to meet other people .

Richard and the staff are very attentive and are quick to solve any issue.

Love the property and have stayed in several different units. A kurig coffee maker should be standard in all the units We will be back soon and looking at snowboarding next winter!!
